  1. You can add meals to a meal library, to save recipes with ingredients and nutrition info either from the USDA database or your own data.
  2. After adding meals, you can choose the number of portions for each meal in a Meal Plan.
  3. Generate a grocery list using your meal plan so you know the total amount of groceries you need to get!
  4. Also save your progress photos and measurements to be motivated 🙂
