Just saw a guy lunch on this sub. Here’s my girl lunch.
Salmon, sweet peppers, and salad from my garden with feta cheese and a honey mustard vinaigrette.

This bowl certainly has a woman’s touch. I bet it tasted lovely, especially since you grew some of it!

This looks delicious (seriously, I want it right now lol) , BUT also takes a bit more time /prep than the sandwich + pickle combo. Also less practical if you need to eat on the go.
I know salmon cooks fast on a grill, but the prep time for half those peppers alone is more time than it takes to assemble the sandwich/pickle plate.
