🍈 Starter: Melon & Prosciutto Skewers
• Orange cantaloupe melon, cut into small cubes
• Thin slices of Parma ham
• Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)
✨ Simply wrap the prosciutto around melon cubes and serve on small skewers. No need to measure — just balance flavor and beauty.

🍝 Main Course: Linguine with Shrimp and Capers (3 servings)
• 250g (about 9 oz) linguine pasta
• 300g (10–11 oz) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tbsp capers (drained)
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Chopped scallions to finish
✨ Sear the shrimp in a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt and black pepper, and set aside. In the same pan, add a bit more olive oil, sauté the garlic slices, then add the capers, tomato paste, and butter. Toss in the cooked linguine, return the shrimp, and finish with fresh scallions.

🍋 Dessert: Sicilian Lemon Mousse
• Juice of 2 Sicilian lemons
• Zest and lemon shells (for presentation)
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can heavy cream (or table cream)
✨ Mix the lemon juice, condensed milk, and cream until smooth. Pour into the empty lemon shells and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Light, tangy, and so refreshing.

🥂 Wine pairing:
A crisp, dry Prosecco DOC elevates the entire meal — it complements the sweet-salty starter, balances the richness of the pasta, and refreshes the palate after dessert.
