**How to make:**
1. Cook buckwheat noodles (3–5 mins). Rinse in cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well. 2. Mix sauce ingredients 3. Combine noodles + sauce in a bowl. Toss thoroughly to coat. 4. Crush seasoned seaweed snacks and sprinkle over. Add sesame seeds, green onion, and a soft-boiled egg or raw yolk on top.

Where did you get your perilla oil? I couldn’t find it at my Asian market but then again, I was kinda clueless lol
