Ingredients
1 kg Chicken thighs , skinless – bone in

Marinade-
1 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Harissa paste
1 tbsp Tomato paste
4 tbsp Honey
1 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp each of the following – onion granules, aleppo pepper
1/2 tsp each of the following – ground coriander, smoked paprika

Garnish – Fresh coriander

Method
Step 1 – In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients for the marinade and mix well to combine. Add 3/4 of the marinade to the chicken, coating well on both sides. Marinate for 2 hours, or for best results overnight. Reserve the remaining marinade

Step 2 – Place the chicken thighs onto the air fryer tray, set to 175. Cook for 15 minutes, turn the chicken thighs, brush on the remaining marinade and then cook for a further 15 minutes. Once the cooking cycle is complete, check the chicken is cooked through with a meat thermometer.

Step 3 – Remove the chicken from the air fryer, and carefully pour any remaining juices into a bowl. Pour on the juices, and serve with rice/or potato wedges! Enjoy.
