hi guys I’m back with another easy recipe and today we are making grilled eggplant salad we’ll start with cutting thick slices of onion tomatoes and eggplant take salt turmeric and chili powder and sprinkle it on all the veggies add 2 tbsp of gram flour on eggplant and marinate add little oil and grill all the eggplants now we’ll take one bowl of yogurt add cumin seeds salt and chart masala in it whisk and keep it aside now we’ll remove the eggplants and we’ll grill tomatoes and onions with little bit of oil in it take out our tomatoes and onion pour yogurt on top garnish with cilantro and sesame and eat with joy
