I eat this smoothie every day for lunch. Keeps “things” regular with the high protein intake and satisfies my sweet tooth.
Recipe:
Ice
1 heaping cup of frozen wild blueberries (tastes best with wild, more flavourful)
1 tsp of natural peanut butter
2-3 dates (pit removed)
1 tsp of psyllium husk or ground flax seed
Dash of cinnamon
1 heaping scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
Add cold water and blend!
