Better Than Takeout! Easy Pepper Beef Stir-Fry Recipe



INGREDIENTS:
Marinate:
350g of sukiya beef slices (thinly sliced beef)
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of cornstarch
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of water
2 tsp of vegetable oil
1 tsp of sesame oil

Stir-fry veggies:
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Half of red onion, cut into square pieces
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

1 red bell pepper, cut slightly bigger than onion
1 green bell pepper, cut slightly bigger than onion
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

Let’s Cook:
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp of rice wine
1 tsp of dark soy sauce
1 tsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/3 cup of water
1/2 tsp of black pepper
