Some lamb chops for the family, half hit with Kinders Cowboy Butter and half with Prime Steak. There were no leftovers.

I am so glad I got my Weber a few months ago and found this sub. I don’t have any type of social media. But, seeing people post pics, I’ve realized I’ve been doing my charcoal all wrong. I’ve always filled the entire grill, with at least 3 inches of charcoal. Full heat everywhere. Now seeing how people do it on one side—-gamechanger
