    Dude you don’t have enough volume and it’s low nutritionally. That dish is like 400 calories and will only keep you full for 2-3 hours. It will be very difficult if you try to do this long term

    I’m not here to tell you how to live your life, but I just wanted you to be aware that you can buy Ranch dip powder mixes and mix them with nonfat, plain Greek yogurt and get a pretty close replica of the flavor. Fantastic for dipping nuggies in… it’s brotein on brotein

    Eat more wholefoods and avoid processed stuff. Yes you can lose weight regardless of what you eat if you track your calories, but you’ll be starving while hitting your max calories if these are your meals.

    Balsamic vinegar (not vinegrette) is your friend and it’s great to drink the last shot of it when the salad is done.

    Good on you. I am as well. But… this isn’t a “good” meal to be doing that.

    Having a bigger salad with a non fatty dressing on, or a vinegar will fill you up more and also be healthier than having cheese and ranch all over it (its delicious, but not the way to start and gain momentum).

    Oat Flakes are the top man! Lots of fiber that keeps you fed long time, good calories. Mix em with yoghurt or skyr, super good fast meal.
