

I used Claire Saffitz’s recipe for Meyer Lemon Tart but replaced substituted 2:1 lemons to oranges for the Meyer lemons.
I used the Serious Eats Swiss Meringue recipe and then just torched the top.
Also, apologies for formatting: I’m on my phone and am terrible at technology.
