There’s a new food truck ready to feed hungry people on the Seacoast, and it’s located right off Route 101 in Exeter.”Our slogan is, ‘For the mindful eater who likes to party,'” said Lance Allison, of the Seasons Food Wagon. “So, you have the mindful eater who likes salad and everything like that, but we also have fries.”The french fries aren’t your average food truck fare. “What makes us special is how they’re cooked,” Allison said. The fries are triple-cooked and hand cut.”I was going for the perfect fry,” Allison said. “You have the hot and crispy hard exterior, and then you also have the fluffy interior. I think I was able to get that.” The Wagon is the newest foodie addition to the Tinios Hospitality Group, and the menu reads like a choose-your-own adventure, allowing you to customize your own bowl or wrap. It also has sweet treats available from its sweet sisters at Popovers and Galley Hatch restaurants, as well as a full espresso menu made to order on the truck. “The feedback that we’ve gotten, a lot of people have come back time and time again for the fries,” Allison said. “The best seller has been the chicken Caesar wrap with the crispy chicken.” Business at Seasons Food Wagon is just starting to heat up, and Allison is hoping people will begin to see it as a drive-by dining destination.
