Cheesy Beef Pasta
This cozy comfort dish brings together tender penne pasta, seasoned ground beef, tangy tomato sauce, and a creamy cheese and Greek yogurt blend. It’s rich, hearty, and always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients
* 1 pound pasta (dry)
* 1 pound extra lean ground beef
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 cup chopped onions
* 2-3 tbsp tomato puree
* ½ cup Greek yogurt
* 1 sprig fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
* 1 tsp salt adjust salt to your liking
* ¼ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
* 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
* 1 tsp chili flakes

Instructions
* Cook the pasta per the package directions. Drain and set aside
* Add olive oil in a pan along with onion and chopped garlic. Add all the spices stir and add ground beef.
* When the meat changed the color add the tomato sauce and Greek yogurt. Stir to combine; simmer on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Taste test; add more seasoning, if desired.
* Add the cooked pasta to the meat mixture, and stir to combine.
* Add the shredded cheese and stir well.
* Garnish with fresh chopped parsley or any greens you like.
* Serve with a simple green salad.
