Finally broke down and got a real Detroit pizza pan
Sorry, forgot to snap pics before family wrecked this pizza. Highly recommend dropping the money for a Lloyd pan. It’s so beautiful I fell like I need to hang it on a kitchen wall or something.

The Lloyd Pan is still not quite the real deal. Only the shape is. Detroit Style Pizza Company sells a steel pan that my friends in Detroit highly recommended over the Lloyd. I am not as particular about it but it has worked fantastic. That being said I am sure the Lloyd is fine.
