Clockwise: Rice, portioned-out frozen shrimp, two containers of taco beef and black beans, Greek spiced chickpeas, kale, and ground beef.
Meals will be:
Tues – Taco Salad – with a bagged salad kit and extra veggies.
Wed – Greek mixture with rice and feta, maybe sliced tomatoes on the side.
Thurs – Fried Rice with shrimp.
Fri – Nachos with 2nd container of beef and beans.
Feels good to have this ready to go!
