A sequel of sorts to my other tragic post where I had to make mac n cheese but I was forced to use water and cream cheese because I was out of my precious almond milk. I made a sauce base with ground chicken this time and added some cream cheese too as per last time. Also starring my lovely almond milk, tossed some slices of Monterey jack (don’t worry I added a whole lot more) and voila tossed my noodies in and I was creamin real good.

When I was in college I didn’t have money for milk or butter for boxed Mac n cheese so I would use mayo packs from the cafeteria.. came out delicious..
On a side note , if you like almond milk , try full fat oat milk or cashew almond milk blend and nutritional yeast .. it makes it creamy and rich with flavor
