It’s just hard. I’m used to it.

I will aim for high protein with low calories volume veggies for dinner.

Maybe go to sleep at 7 instead of 11.

    I did the same yesterday. 2 scones, Low cal snacks, a afternoon workout session, a salad with lots of lettuce for dinner. Good on you for tracking it and continuing!

    You do know it’s okay to eat at maintenance some days or in less of a deficit? Just because you ate a lot of calories in one meal doesn’t mean you have to suffer, and in fact that is worse for you mentally and in eating in a deficit long term. Best you learn this early.

    Oof.. Those rolls taste so good. What do they say? That sweet white bread just breaks down to sugar? So you could have had a candy bar instead. First way to make a change is see the calories and learn the hard way. It does get easier once you find a substitution for everything 😉

    I pretty much stopped using oil as a way to reserve calories for things I actually want to eat. You can consider that the next time you can’t resist the rolls haha 🙂

    I usually spend half my calories for breakfast, I don’t eat at work so I need that fuel! I think eating that would make me feel sick and hungry though, maybe good for a weekend breakfast.

    Completely irrelevant so ignore me if you want but have you tried the Hero Hawaiian wanna be rolls? Those are so bomb and less in calories but downside kinda expensive it might be a swap for you in the future if you’d want to try!

    I regularly eat 500-600cal at breakfast but I make sure it’s protein-focused so I’m not devouring whatever snacks I can get my hands on during the day! Also, look at it this way: was your breakfast satisfying? You can eat that entire meal AGAIN for dinner and still hit your calorie target 😁

    Make sure you weigh your eggs! I was logging large eggs but then when I weighed mine they were only like 50g per egg (which is more like a small)

    Breakfast is evil. I usually do a Greek yogurt overnight oats with steel cut oats and fruit.

    1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
    1/4 cup fat free fairlife milk
    1/4 cup steel cut oats
    1/4 cup berries, fresh or frozen

    Chat gpt puts this at:

    Calories: ~245

    Protein: ~19g

    Carbs: ~37g

    Fat: ~2.6g

    It will keep you full because of the fiber

    the olive oil is fine but when you think less, you must also think more. you get to have more eggs/veggies in place of that. why not some sweet potato instead of the hawaiian roll altogether, it’s even sweeter and more satisfying. all of which im sure ur aware!

    No no, keep the olive oil, uh well half of it, but use it to fry your 2 eggs. (In my case duck eggs because I’m very allergic to chicken)

    Microwave a plate for 1 minute so it’s warm.

    Then make this amazing sauce: in a little bowl. 1tsp gochujang, 20ml ketchup, stevia to taste, mix then microwave it for about 30 seconds. add 15ml mayonnaise…

    Then add some cream cheese on top before spreading the sauce over that

    Best breakfast ever. Extremely filling.

    Whenever this happens- I usually go lean protein and veggies for my other meals

    i’ve found that waiting to eat until 1pm helps me! if that doesn’t work try a protein shake in the morning! it takes some will power but once you get used to it it’s fine!
