In this video, I will share my special zucchini recipe. It’s zucchini spaghetti in 
a delicate creamy cheese sauce! The recipe is incredibly simple, the dish takes just a few 
minutes to prepare, and it’s perfect for a quick, light, and super-healthy lunch 
or dinner. It’s simply delicious! The list of all the ingredients will 
be in the description below this video, and I’ll start cooking.
Cut off the ends of the well-washed zucchini and grate them using a 
Korean-style carrot grater. A regular grater will not work. Why? You need to get long strips 
like these. If you don’t have such a grater, you can cut the zucchini with a regular 
knife. It will take a little longer. I chop the onion into small 
cubes. I mince the garlic. I cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add ghee. If you want me to share the recipe for 
this oil, write in the comments. If you don’t have this oil, add a piece of regular butter.
Put the onion and garlic in a wok and sauté until transparent, about 7-8 minutes.
Add the zucchini. Immediately season with salt and pepper. Stir. Cook the zucchini spaghetti for 
about five minutes, no longer. The zucchini should be slightly crunchy. The zucchini will release 
its juice, so add the cream cheese and mix well so that it is evenly distributed. Add the oregano.
Finally, add the cherry tomatoes. Mix gently.
Cook for another three to four minutes and it’s ready. Don’t overcook it; 
the zucchini and tomatoes should be al dente. Transfer the zucchini spaghetti to a 
plate, sprinkle with herbs, and drizzle with fragrant green oil. If you want me to share
