saucepan or pan over medium heat. Let the sugar start melting on its
own without stirring. Continue cooking the sugar.Use heatproof
or wooden spatula until all the sugar has melted and turns a deep amber color. 50g butter. 100ml hot milk. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring constantly.
The mixture will bubble up vigorously, so be careful. 12 tsp salt. Allow the caramel to cool at room temperature. 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp of milk. Bake in a preheated oven
at 340F (170C) for 25 minutes.
