The problem with fried rice (except that it is so good I have to eat it every week) is that there are two types of oil in it: vegetable (most likely palm or sunflower oil) + sesame oil that is added by the end. Of course, if it’s **the real deal**.
So it adds a lot of calories, but man if you don’t add sesame oil to fried rice you are missing out on a lot.
Again, this is why fitness people prefer cooked rice rather than fried.
Still, one of the main reasons I don’t have a six pack yet is all sorts of egg fried rice. Honestly, let it be.
