This thing makes meal prepping a breeze. I’m down 70 lbs & part of it is definitely thanks to this grill

I know it sounds like a bit of an exaggeration, but when you can cook almost 5 lbs of chicken in one batch, it makes eating healthier so convenient. Plus the clean-up is SUPER easy.

I cook it up and portion out the chicken each meal. And all I need to do is just grab it from the fridge. Before I would bake, pan fry, air fry, etc. and the clean-up was always such a chore. It was easier to just go out to eat or buy lunch at work.

I’ve been doing chicken tenderloins because I feel that you get the same benefits of chicken breast (low fat, high protein) without the long cook times and the potential to dry out.

Plus, grilling is SO much more fun than throwing shit into the oven or air fryer. Being outside, listening to music, and being hands on with the grill is just such a vibe

Same this past week did Salmon and had it for 4 meals. Just seasoned each one a little differently. Helps break up the monotony.

I agree! Can’t beat the flavor from charcoal grilling. We do a lot over hardwood too.

I do the same every week for my lunches. 10 chicken thighs and 5 lbs of ground chuck for burgers. I put each piece in a sandwich baggie and in the fridge. I grab 2 thighs and burgers every morning and throw them in my cooler. And a lot damn cheaper than eating fast food for lunch
