    Today’s recipe comes from Chef Kang back when he was running Chef Kang Food Rehab which was rebranded to Chef Kang [Korean Taco](https://www.facebook.com/chefkangsulbox/videos/chef-kang-korean-taco-taco-koreantaco-ktaco-koreanfood-koreatownlosangeles-ktown/3828611667169740/) with covid until it closed last year. It looks like he had some good offerings as you can see by this happy dog’s review on [instagram](https://www.instagram.com/popeyethefoodie/p/BwA3bkfAEj0/?hl=en).

    For those who don’t know what Dashida is, it’s a Korean beef bone stock flavored with MSG, garlic, onion, salt/pepper, and soy.
