It’s a seared- first, then cooked for like an hour (in the oven) chuck steak that I picked up from the market. Some eggs and impromptu guacamole (the avocado was mushy after a couple of days.) it’s also my official day of deleting this app for now. I’m trying to improve my life, and become someone I’m proud of. I’m starting to exercise and change my bad habits. And I thought that starting with my diet again would help. Anyway, thanks for any feedback. And godspeed to anyone on the same journey too.
