I have to eat low sodium and was missing pizza. I doubled the dough recipe, flavored with garlic and basil and cut the salt in half. Meat is ground chicken flavored with Italian spices, I added Trader Joe's Oglio Olio to add more flavor. Sauce is unsalted tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano and fennel. 2 C of mozzarella cheese for both. Oven roasted peppers. Round pizza for lunch/dinner and the other to freeze in squares.     We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
