Recently, i'm too busy on weds so need to cook same meals now (not a big fan but oh well!). Didn't beed to cook for sat this time!
breakfast: egg muffins with veggies
eggs and whatever veggies you want (i use peppers, onion/chives) in a muffin baking tray for 180• for 18 minutes.
snack: fruits (kiwi and apple)
