Made this recipe using the Dome 2 and it came out better than anything we’ve done on the stove. Even crisp, great flavor, no sticking.

    **Full Recipe:**
    **Marinade:**

    * 1/2 cup veggie broth
    * 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    * 2 tbsp ketchup
    * 2 tbsp maple syrup
    * 1 tsp garlic
    * 1 tsp ground ginger
    * 1/2 tsp black pepper

    **Tofu:**

    * 1 block extra-firm tofu
    * Nutritional yeast

    **Steps:**

    1. Slice tofu and marinate at least 1 hour.
    2. Place on a wire rack, do not dry, coat with nutritional yeast.
    3. Air fry at 400°F for 17 minutes.
    4. Enjoy with your favorite veggies.
