today we’re making crispy bacon chicken and avocado wraps They’re just over 500 calories per wrap and this recipe makes five All of the ingredients are super simple as well and you can swap and change things make it your own lower the calories Do what you need to do Now we want to start off with our herby mayo first because this is going to be used as a marinade on the chicken as well as a sauce for our wraps So what I have here is 15 g of fresh dill and 10 g of flat leaf parsley This can just be given a rough chop If you don’t want to chop this up you can put the mayo into a blender along with all of these herbs and blitz it all up that way That way it’s actually going to get the most flavor out of the herbs anyway because it’s completely broken down But if you are chopping them up try and get them as fine as possible And what we’re looking for something that looks like this Now into a bowl add 200 g of any mayonnaise of your choice You can use lowfat or regular Add in the flat leaf parsley as well as the dill Add in a touch of salt and a little bit of cracked black pepper or ground white pepper And then just mix to combine until those herbs are thoroughly incorporated And like I said you can blend this if you prefer you will get a stronger flavor out of it But because we’re using storebought mayo and I’m not using homemade there’s no point really dirtying a blender for this And once that’s done you’ll have a nice sauce that looks like this For the chicken this is 600 g or 1.3 lb of boneless and skinless chicken thigh Just add it into a mixing bowl Add in 1/3 of that herby mayo We’re going to use this as a marinade And I will just add a touch more salt and a little bit more cracked black pepper With that done just get in there with clean hands and mix this all together Make sure you get in all of those little nooks and crannies And we don’t need to put oil in this because there is enough fat in that mayonnaise One thing I nearly did just forget is 1 and 1/2 tesps of onion powder 1 and 1/2 tesps of garlic powder 1 and 1/2 tesps of smoked paprika and a small pinch of chili powder or chili flakes If you’ve learned anything from this video just make sure you add the spices before you mix it all together That way you don’t have to dirty your hands twice Now line two baking trays with parchment paper And on one we’re going to add that chicken Just make sure you don’t add it all together and spread it out a little bit This can also be air fried if you prefer Then on the second tray I have 200 g of streaky bacon You can use any bacon of your choice and you don’t even have to use it if you don’t want to You can cut quite a bit of fat out by doing this We’ll leave the bacon behind for a sec but we’ll get the chicken into the oven cuz this takes the longest Place the chicken into a 200° C oven We’re going to cook this for about 16 to 18 minutes or until golden As for the bacon this can go in about 5 minutes into the chicken We want to cook this for about 13 minutes at the same temperature And you can cook this to your liking so it might take longer or it might take less In the meantime we’ll open up one avocado Remove that seed And then scoop that flesh into a bowl If you don’t want to mash the avocado you can slice it That choice is all yours Or you can even dice it Add in a touch of salt and a little bit of pepper And then just start mashing this up until it’s nice and smooth You can leave it chunky if you prefer or like I said you can have it diced or sliced Once the bacon’s cooked to your liking this can be roughly chopped I like mine nice and crispy You don’t have to chop it either You can just leave it whole And then we can do the exact same thing with the chicken Slice it up Leave it whole Dice it The choice is all yours I’m just going to dice this up And then we’re ready to wrap Use any wrap of your choice We’ll start off by spreading a bit of that herby mayo over the top Next on with the avocado and just lightly spread that too Add over a little bit of grated mozzarella cheese You can either use lowfat or regular Add on the chicken Top with the crispy bacon And just drizzle just a little bit more of that herby mayo on the top As we’re wrapping it up fold in the sides And then go straight over Tuck it all in so nothing comes out Make sure you tuck in the sides just like so And then go through and wrap it tightly just like that For storage we can wrap these up into some foil You can also do it in food safe paper or ziploc bags And that leaves us with our five easy wraps that you can leave fresh or you can toast in a pan For storage these will last 4 days in the fridge and you can put them in the freezer for 3 months Allow to thaw overnight All we need to do is slice this in half And that then leaves us with our crispy bacon chicken avocado and herbye mayo wraps They look incredible smell amazing too This is the full macro card for a single wrap as well as the full written recipe and the remaining nutrition is in the link in the description With everything said and done we can then dig in These turned out exactly how I wanted them to You’ve got the nice crunchy texture from the bacon The fresh herbs that are in that mayo just add a really nice floral flavor The chicken’s juicy packed with flavor too And then you’ve also got the avocado and the cheese Of course if you wanted to toast these go for it That is completely fine On screen right now is a couple of videos YouTube recommends for my channel that you might enjoy If you like this video or learned something give it a 1. Yummmmm! Thank you so much. Is there any alternative for the avo? I know it sounds silly but that is the only ingredient I cannot tolerate 😢

  2. I hate dill, so I replaced it with basil and completely ignored the chili flakes. It turned out real delicious (for me at least). Thanks ♥

  3. Love it mate! These types of meals make busy days at work so much easier. Often I don't get time to heat something up and eat undisturbed for 10-20 minutes.
Would like to see meal prep sushi (Chicken) or rice paper rolls.

  4. I tried and it taste good but i would like dishes with more vegetables. More dishes for weigh loss and body strenghtening
