   Some type of horse hair worm maybe?

   They infect insects and turn them into zombies…making them attracted to water…once insect is inside water this worm comes out the insects ass and lays eggs

   i saw someone else post one of these earlier and apparently it is a parasite but only for insects, if a mammal accidentally ingests it they’ll just shit it out harmlessly

   Unrelated, DO NOT Google horsehair worms. They won’t harm you (NOT THAT IT’S RELEVANT) but the things you will see will haunt you. I thought I had blocked it out but then I saw the mentions in the comments and now I wanna puke all over again.
