A BIG bowl of lettuce, with broth of your choice, I warm the broth up till piping hot and then poor it over the lettuce. Then add toppings. On this one I did a simple homemade onion garlic bell pepper stock w a tbsp of soy sauce, I also put in some chicken for protein. For the toppings I put my marinated eggs, cucumber, pickled ginger, grated marinated carrots(they where in the egg marinade, and like half a tsp sesame seeds just for look points. It's super high volume and knocks me out cause of how filling it is lol, it can Def be high in sodium tho so be careful of that, I have it like once a week or every second week so it's no big deal.
