HOW TO MAKE PIDE AT HOME? How to make Turkish Pide ?
 (4 pieces of pide will come out of this dough, you can increase or decrease the measurements.)
 For the dough:
 1kg flour
 750ml water
 40ml sunflower oil
 20gr granulated sugar
 20gr salt
 30gr fresh yeast
Meats:
 sucuk
 roasted meat
 beef bacon
for top grated mozzarella cheese
First add the flour to a large bowl, open the center of the flour. add the water (do not add all the water at once), oil, sugar and yeast and wait for the yeast to activate for 10 minutes.
 After 10 minutes, sprinkle the salt on the edges, mix with a fork or bowl and finally knead by hand (do not knead too much so that the dough is not too stiff.).
 After 15 minutes, roll out the dough and put it in the center and leave it to ferment. (LEAVE FOR 1 HOUR TO 2 HOURS)
 After 1 hour, roll the dough on the flour sprinkled countertop and put it on the tray. Add it to the preheated 250 degree fan oven and bake it. (Since we bake it in the home oven, first bake the dough for 6 minutes). Then add the grated cheese, sucuk and roasted meat and cook for the second time. After making sure that the roasted meat, sucuk  are cooked, add the beef bacon and 1 egg, put it in the oven for the last time and when it is cooked, take it out and serve. Enjoy your meal.
