Ramadan Costco Finds: Qatayef

Costco KF let’s check it out super excited to have found this one during Ramadan these are pancake filled with sweet cream cheese curs and hint of orange blossom this comes with two packs of crushed pistachios and 10 cakes in total they look like little canoli pancake hybrid smell wise I only really pick up vanilla each cake weighs a hefty 50 g the texture was nice and pillowy the filling reminded me of the texture of softened cream cheese it’s recommended to dress it up with the crushed pistachios and a hint of honey that looks really nice let’s try the plain one first let’s give it a taste visala this taste exactly like the way it looks it tastes like a really well-made pancake filled with cream and then the orange blossom zest does come through while you’re eating it let’s try the one with the pistachios and honey I think having it with the pistachios it does give it that crunchy contrast which does make it nicer the cream itself also has a little bit of a Tang I don’t give that a 7.3 it say optional you can heat it up let’s see if the heating it does make it better pancake is softer cream is even more softer which I think brings out the orange blossom Aroma a little bit more having said that am I crazy about this one it’s okay all right 7.4 all right thanks for watching
