INGREDIENTS
500g chicken breast (cubed bite size)
2 cups boiled pasta

FOR MARINATION
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp tomato purée
2 tbsps thick yogurt

FOR WHITE SAUCE
2 cups milk
2 tbsps unsalted butter
2 tbsps plain flour
1/4 tsp black pepper
A pinch of salt

2 tbsps oil (for cooking)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
