Dip them in ssamjang and munch them.

You can slice them and freeze them as well, they seem to go off faster for me than any other chillies. But they’re often used as a garnish for Korean stews as well as a side dish for BBQ. If you watch some Aaron and Claire videos on YouTube you’ll get the idea!

These are great pickled! You can make a banchan with them too.
I also use them as an ingredient when making dongchimi

Like jalapenos, spice level can vary widely depending on batch. I would try a little bit first to see how spicy they are. You can slice them and use as garnish to just about anything like stir fry or ramen.

Chop them and put them into ramyeon with scallions

Chop them, remove seeds, fry with pork belly.

One or two in soup, jjigae, jeon, bulgogi, ramyeon, or whatever you like

Freeze em up, add them in when you need spice for any Korean soup.
Or just bite in with Ssamjang at a barbeque I guess. Pretty exciting.

I actually just saw a video of someone making yogurt using Chile pepper stems and milk!

These look like Serranos, so they can be pretty spicy. Certainly more than jalapeno, but probably somewhere between a jalapeno and a Thai chili. You can use these to make a Mexican style salsa. Really good with a nice kick. I’ve also seen these offered on the herb accompaniment plate to pho at some restaurants. They can be used in anything.
