So on the Panera bread app, it says this croissant egg and cheese sandwich is 180 calories. But on the LoseIt! App it says the sandwich is 450 calories. I’m not sure which one to believe. I’m fairly new to counting calories still, what do you guys think? Thanks!

It’s the like panera app forgot the croissant.
Croissant ~ 230
Egg – 80 cal each
Cheese – 80 cal per slice for pre sliced.
Any butter or condiments
The 450 is the most accurate one.
Yeah 180 for that sounds wayyy too low.
That first picture is wrong. 180 may be for the egg and cheese, but no way you’re getting a croissant in there with that cal as well.
The croissant is 200-250 by itself
You might have mistakenly gotten rid of the croissant on the modifications. It has a glitch where it will say that it’s removed but will still show the picture
I think the Panera is per 100g while LoseIt! is for the whole thing
