Just wanted to share a small win—I've managed to drop from 183.9 to 179.2 pounds (–4.7 lbs) in just one week!
What worked for me:
- Light breakfast
- Normal lunch (no restrictions)
- Fruits only for dinner
- 45 minutes of light exercise daily
