    I wanna learn how to cook steak this way… Is a cast iron 100% necessary to achieve these results? All the food here looks very good.

    I usually use kiwi as a marinade, it helps tenderize the steak.

    Steak looks perfect…But I’m just saying, if you need extra fiber you can take some psyllium husk everyday

    Fresh fruit is great to have with a heavy plate such as this, just put it in a little dish to the side. I think seeing the steak cozied up with kiwi is what is sending people here.
