Do you prefer butter or mayo or combination? Hot or cold? I’m a sucker for warm toasted split top bun full of warm buttery over abundance of claw meat.

  2. Lobster lobster and more lobster. Perfect New England accompaniment

High roller is amazing! Did you also hit Portland lobster company?

Going to need the names and locations for all these please…

I was in Boston a while back for a handful of days and all I had was lobster rolls and oysters. What a fucking treat!

I’m a fan of simple when it comes to a lobster roll, so that first one just looks fantastic.

You day 8+ with 9 pictures so I am curious, what wasn’t pictured if anything? Lol I had a lobster roll from Legal Seafood in Boston’s airport and actually loved it. That was my first one

  8. These all look so freaking good. I enjoy them hit or cold also. Makes me reminisce about a long summer road trip up to Canada years ago. That’s when I fell in love with lobster rolls.

You should learn to pick a lobster, it’s better without the Wonderbread and mayo.

Was one of them the McDonald’s one? Not sure if they still sold them

Alright, need a list. I recognize High Roller and Eventide but what are the others. #7 looks pretty damn solid.

What’s a lobster roll cost up that way?? I’d imagine pretty reasonable considering that’s where it all comes from, not so reasonable other parts of the country.

4 8 and 9 are how lobster rolls are supposed to look. Can’t decide if 8 or 9 is the best looking out of the 3.

1, 7, 5 in that order based on looks. What’s yours?

Eventide is so good – still remember that roll

  16. I love going somewhere and just getting the area’s signature dish over and over the whole vacation. When I was in Charleston and Savanah I got shrimp and grits every day.

I’m hope they were good. I’ve never had a good lobster roll in my life. They are always a huge disappointment to me.
