Made stir fry with veggies at hand using Jjajang Ramen.

    This is my go to meal in a pinch while cleaning out the fridge. Cook Jjajang noodle, drain, reserve 2 oz liquid. Stir fry diced onions and bell peppers in avocado oil. Add minced garlic. S&p. Add the ramen, packet season, splash of soy sauce and sesame oil. Add a handful of mixed greens last.
