The first time I heard about veal and Tuna sauce in my 37 years of life was 3 days ago and now I see it again. Its weird.

Not gonna lie… looks….strange. But recipe for the sauce is very appealing. I think I would use less first but to each their own

I think cutting the meat really thin works better but hard to do with just a knife. Looks really tasty.

Capers go great with tuna though. I’ve never heard of this dish, but I don’t see how it’s really different that steak and lobster or shrimp with a mustard cream sauce. I may have to try it.

Classic dish. I rather do it the traditional way boiling the meat, also with much thinner slices.
