Thank you for your picture post to r/souvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.

If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.

Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.

    Thank you!!

The first time I heard about veal and Tuna sauce in my 37 years of life was 3 days ago and now I see it again. Its weird.

  3. Love me some Vitello Tonnato on a hot summer day. Looks great!

Not gonna lie… looks….strange. But recipe for the sauce is very appealing.
I think I would use less first but to each their own

I think cutting the meat really thin works better but hard to do with just a knife. Looks really tasty.

I’ve never had capers with steak. Interesting combination

Capers go great with tuna though. I’ve never heard of this dish, but I don’t see how it’s really different that steak and lobster or shrimp with a mustard cream sauce. I may have to try it.

  8. Classic dish. I rather do it the traditional way boiling the meat, also with much thinner slices.

Got a recipe for the sauce? Sounds amazing
