    Looks great! It’s funny I just saw an ad for one of those things you’re using to get the perfect grill marks. It claims to more evenly distribute heat through it. Does it really make a difference?

    Prefer a good crust rather than grill marks but looks good!

  5. Hash marks are overrated, that old school…. Food science has proven the preferred method is forming a nice crust over pretty hash marks.
