Part of me respects the “fuck you” move of putting Heinz 57 on a tomahawk. On the other hand, you put Heinz 57 on a tomahawk.
Keep an eye out for blade tenderized beef from Costco like that. While I’ve never gotten sick eating it (and I like my steaks rare), I purposely avoid it in general.
