    How long did you cook it, temped or straight in from cold?

    I did one tonight. Prime grade rib eye with black garlic truffle seasoning. 126°F for 2 hours 15 minutes. Remove. Pat dry with towel and hit it with the flame thrower forvthe sear. Melted like butter.
