I made this Baked Cod with Crunchy Miso Butter recipe last week and couldn’t wait to make it again (5/5). Didn’t have broccoli, and wanted to use up the rest of the sprouts in our fridge so I tossed them in a couple sprays of canola, s&p, and threw them on half a sheet pan at 375F for 16 min, then added the cod to the other half of the pan for the final 14 (sprouts in oven for 30min total). I like them crunchy! I love that you could easily make this a sheet pan meal with little to no dishes. But, I was craving pasta. Yum!
