These were sold as Scotch Bonnets (my favorite)but obviously they are not. What am I growing here?

The top is making me a little suspicious that I’m wrong but they look similar to my shishito peppers. Are they thin skinned and mild?

shishito.
typically picked green and eaten pan fried or deep fried for a minute or two then salted or seasoned. If you want green, pick a little earlier than this picture, before the top of the pepper bulbs out but after the pepper becomes crisp to the squeeze
as ripe reds they are phenomenal – one of the best tasting peppers out there.
