Finally decided to try grilling fish so I got us two big (newborn son for scale) seabreams and went for it. Seasoned about 2 hours before grilling: lime juice and honey, lime, pink pepper, sesame, lemon-tyme.
It was great but I learnt the hard way that fish should stay higher on the fire compared to meat :').

Anything but the metric. (Congrats)
Fish with a side of newborn, what wine did you pair it with?

Yep, you’re a dad. Well done, sir.
Don’t cook da baby
Baby for scale, lol. Nice
The kid looks a tad under cooked
For the love of god please don’t grill that baby
Love the newborn son for scale!
I’m somewhat new to grilling. Can you explain what you mean by higher on the fire? Do you mean placing the grates higher above the fire but still in direct cooking? Or do you mean totally indirect cooking for longer?
Please do not grill the baby!
We need a banana for scale for the son for scale
The baby for scale cracked me up
