So roast them, preferably constructively. By the way, can anyone determine which variety is which?

    You should be, great looking plants!

    As far as identifying pepper plants by looking at the leaves, not my forte. Mostly look like Chinense, appearing similar to the leaves on my scorpion peppers and other superhots.

  2. No roasting. Those are some gorgeous plants. I love how pepper plants look. I’d grow them just for the ornamental side of it without fruit.
