

Premix:
1c almond flour
2T psyllium
3T ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Combine 1/4 c egg white
1T premix
1T Quest protein powder
1/4 full fat mozzarella
Batch makes 2, I makes two batches
Refrigerate til ready to eat.

The calories of what you are combining include per 100 grams; quest 350, flax 530, psyllium 215, almond meal 600. I understand treats are to be used sparingly but rarely do I see granularity when it comes to a balance in terms of calories so I thought I’d at least throw it in there.
