Trying to be healthier so I put my Buldak back on the shelve and whipped this up.. sauce: ghee, gochujang, fresh peppers (scorpion/jalapeño/cherry hot/burrito), bone broth, salt & pepper, fresh garlic & shallots. 7.5/10 in the spice scale

    You can get pasta made out of chickpeas I’d go for that to be healthy

    Honestly when it comes to eating healthy, just add more vegetables to whatever you’re eating. I love to sauté cabbage ginger and green onions and add that to my noodles. Look great

    Some of you are way too “all or nothing” when it comes to eathing healthier. Not like the only healthy diet out there consists of chickpea noodles and assorted raw vegetables…

    Ok guys I didn’t say I was going for the healthiest dish of all time just wanted to lower my sodium intake and eat something fresh 🤷🏼‍♀️I’ll word my future posts better

    Just make it so spicy you can’t eat much. Boom. Less food, less calories. Possibly more diarrhea, but sacrifices need to be made
