Trying to be healthier so I put my Buldak back on the shelve and whipped this up.. sauce: ghee, gochujang, fresh peppers (scorpion/jalapeño/cherry hot/burrito), bone broth, salt & pepper, fresh garlic & shallots. 7.5/10 in the spice scale

Pasta isn’t a step in the healthy direction but in terms of taste, looks good.
You can get pasta made out of chickpeas I’d go for that to be healthy

Honestly when it comes to eating healthy, just add more vegetables to whatever you’re eating. I love to sauté cabbage ginger and green onions and add that to my noodles. Look great

Some of you are way too “all or nothing” when it comes to eathing healthier. Not like the only healthy diet out there consists of chickpea noodles and assorted raw vegetables…
