Put lots of toppings because we had no idea what we liked. Followed some recipes from here and from random websites on Google.

Feel like everything needs some salt, and despite adding some kind of spice to every part of the dish it still needs more. Ramen is fun I’m going to keep working on it.

    Yeah man, I dunno — the noodles are lame, but as far as first attempts go, it was very well executed. Just buy normal-ass ramen — handmade or even instant. Shin is great for this; it’s a thicker noodle, and it holds its form a little longer with a slower-than-normal mush rating, so they won’t get soggy too quick.

    As soon as I hear organic now, I just put it back. It’s always bad. Ramen is meant to be a little bad for you — just own it.
