Ground oats, black beans, banana, dates, an egg cocoa powder, a little Greek yogurt, vanilla, salt, almond milk, cherries, and… peanut butter, and lots of it. Very fudgey…more fudge than brownie.

After making a post the other day how I want to try to always use the full fat versions, I will try PB powder and Greek yogurt/cottage cheese for my fat next time with just a drizzle on top. I had cherries to use, but next time I'll see how raspberries do. Plus I'm dying to try beets instead of bananas after success in another oat baked good.

Any other thoughts for changes?

    What am I supposed to be looking at here? Neither photo seems to have a ton of peanut butter? The nutrition also looks amazing.. 137 calories for a brownie with 6.3 grams protein and 14% fiber? Sign me up!
